Ans de Jager holds master degrees in psychology and cultural anthropology; she has more that 15 years of experience in development work in South and Central America, Africa, the Balkans and other regions.
Ans has developed, managed and evaluated a range of different programmes in the areas of primary health care, education, disaster preparedness and child protection. She currently lives in Uganda and holds the position deputy country director for War Child Holland, an international NGO.
